Your feedback is very important to us. However, if you feel that a serious breach has occurred, please contact the appropriate authorities immediately. You can find this information in the Participant Handbook or on our website.

To make a complaint or provide feedback, you can:

  • Call Morang Community Care and Services at 1300 671 793.
  • Speak with a staff member at MCCS whom you feel comfortable with.
  • Inform a friend or advocate.
  • Reach out to MCCS’s Feedback Handling Team at feedbacks@morangcommunitycare.com.au
  • Submit an online whistleblowing report through an independent organization.
  • Fill out MCCS’s online form. You may choose to remain anonymous if you prefer.

This form is intended for individuals who are availing services from Morang Community Care and Services, including NDIS participants, their families, carers, and friends. Its purpose is to maintain fairness, equality, and transparency in our services. We kindly request you to provide as much detail as possible to help us keep our services relevant and address any concerns that may arise.

If you notice any serious breach of practice, please refer to our Participant handbook for further instructions on how to report such incidents to the relevant agencies.
