Types of activities

  • Recreational - arts and crafts, sports, music, dance, gardening, cooking and games
  • Social - outings, community and cultural events
  • Life skills - budgeting, shopping, cooking and personal hygiene

How it works

Assessment & planning

Identify goals, preferences and support needs with your coordinator or planner.

Support plan

A personalised plan outlines the activities, frequency and support required.

Access & participate

Attend scheduled sessions and engage in activities supported by trained staff.
