Regions we cover

Suburbs with MCCS supported homes

We run supported accommodation and deliver in-home supports in these suburbs:

We also run supported homes across Adelaide โ€” see current vacancies, or contact our team.

Supported Independent Living across Adelaide

Supported Independent Living funds the day-to-day help you need to live in a shared or individual home - personal care, medication, meals, getting out and overnight support - separately from the rent or board you pay for the house. MCCS runs supported homes in Para Hills, Parafield Gardens, Greenacres, Clearview, Rostrevor, Magill, Kilburn and St Marys, spread across the northern, north-eastern, eastern, central and southern suburbs.

Every placement starts with compatibility rather than a spare bed. We look at routines, communication, sensory needs and behaviour support requirements, then arrange a meet, a visit and an overnight stay before anyone commits. MCCS is a registered NDIS provider under Modules 1 and 2A, which means our team is approved for high-intensity daily personal activities and specialist behaviour support, so complex and high-intensity referrals are within scope. See current SIL vacancies for what is open now.

Respite and Short-Term Accommodation across Adelaide

Short-Term Accommodation - respite - covers a stay of up to 14 days including support, meals and activities. We take planned bookings around school holidays, carer surgery and holidays, and emergency stays when a carer becomes unwell or a living arrangement breaks down. Stays run in our supported homes with the regular staff team, which also lets a participant try a house before considering a permanent move.

Common questions

Which Adelaide suburbs do you cover?

All of metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills - over 380 suburbs. Pick your region above for the suburb list. If you cannot see yours, call 1300 671 793 and ask; we almost certainly cover it.

Do you have SIL vacancies at the moment?

Usually yes, in at least one home. Vacancies move quickly, so see current SIL vacancies for the live list or call 1300 671 793.

Do you take referrals from support coordinators?

Yes - coordinators are most of our referrals. Call 1300 671 793 or use the referral form and we will send a compatibility profile and current availability the same week.

How quickly can support start?

We reply to every enquiry within one business day. In-home supports usually start within one to two weeks; SIL placements take longer because of the compatibility and overnight-stay process.
