Supported Independent Living funds the help you need day to day - personal care, medication, meals, getting out into the community and overnight support - while rent or board for the house is paid separately. Ratios follow each participant's plan - we run 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 arrangements as well as 2:1 where it is funded, plus sleepover and awake-night staffing. Ask us for the compatibility profile and we will set out the current staffing in the house.
